We have strong experience and want to be involved at a senior level through board level advisory. We add value to our portfolio companies through the contribution of insight and experience and application of best practices in a variety of areas such as marketing and sales, operations, systems and financial management. We have a long term focus on building shareholder value through hard work and dedication in helping existing management teams and entrepreneurs face the challenges of growing their enterprise.
Trinity works with seasoned management and co-investors through an "Executive in Residence" (EIR) program in our portfolio companies. Our EIR’s serve as "C level" executives and help drive the value creation on a day-to-day basis as partners with Trinity. Trinity also works with exceptional managers who need our structure and financial support in finding an acquisition opportunity to create value for themselves when they are ready to make the jump from the corporate environment to being an entrepreneur.
Trinity works with experienced advisors who have been successful in particular industries to augment and enhance the board level participation. Small and mid-size companies cannot always afford the experience and quality desired for their business with full time managers and can greatly leverage the management team with a group of outstanding and successful advisors. Advisors often are co-investors with Trinity and have a financial stake in the companies that they help guide.
